It's a goddamn arms' race!

So...hi! Happy Bev is happy. And redundant. XD

Futurama's gonna start airing new episodes in mid 2010. This has been verified by Entertainment Weekly, so unless EW is pulling the wool over our eyes, which I doubt, new Futurama. HELL YEAH. "Futurama: beats a kick to the face!"

In addition, Planet Sheen will finally start in 2010, along with a new Butch Hartman cartoon. Then, there's a not so small matter of my being able to take the English classes I've wanted since I was a freshman in college. I'll finally be able to pursue the career I want and all this good news can't hurt.

And OMG, new Mercedes Lackey books coming out soon. Finally. She hasn't written anything lately, because she got sick, but now there's Changing the World: All New Tales of Valdemar in December 2009, Gwenhwyfar: The White Spirit (A Novel of King Arthur) October 6, 2009, The Phoenix Transformed September 15, 2009, and she co-wrote a romance novel that's coming out July 1st, 2009.

In more depressing news, I'm still doing my internship, for another six weeks, and class for another eight weeks. But the class only meets every two weeks, so it's really another month. And in the middle of that, I'm going to Pittsburgh.

I didn't end up taking the L.S.A.T. because it sucks and Dad figured it was a loss either way. So we adopted a new cat. Unfortunately, said new cat has been petrified and is hiding from us. Her owners returned her to the shelter twice, she was on the "kill list", and the thunder storm that night scared the living daylights out of her. So she's hiding in the living room under the furniture and we can't get her out. Maybe in a week or two, she'll decide she wants affection and come out.

And, uh, that's about it. I'm in a good place right now, as far as everything is concerned. I'm uber obsessed with the Dark Tower and Stephen King, but figure I need a break from reading him. And Mercedes Lackey is my favorite author of all time.

Oh, so much good news. Bouncy Bev is bouncy.
